Nature of Service

• bi111 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.
• By accessing the platform and using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all clauses of these Terms.
• These Terms form the entire agreement between bi111 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
• bi111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time without prior notice.
• These Terms are written in English; in the event of any conflict of interpretation, the decision of the bi111 authority shall be considered final.

Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on bi111:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• The applicant must be a legally capable individual.
• The applicant must not appear on any list of persons banned by bi111.
• Each individual may create only one account.

Registration Process

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account on bi111 is mandatory. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time.
• Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a clear violation of the Terms.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. bi111 bears no liability if a password is shared with a third party.
• If suspicious activity is noticed on an account, it must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use an account is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bi111 may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• Utility bill or bank statement for address verification
• Documents proving ownership of the payment method

Welcome Bonus Terms

• A 100% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at bi111, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more adds the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳32,000.
• The wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the bonus: the bonus amount × 25 times in bets.
• Wagering example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳25,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.
• If the bonus is not used within the specified time limit after activation, it will be automatically cancelled.
• bi111 reserves the right to change the terms of the bonus program at any time.

VIP Program Terms

The bi111 VIP program has 4 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Bonus Abuse Prevention

• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device is prohibited.
• If risk-free betting to meet wagering requirements is detected (e.g., betting on both sides), the bonus will be cancelled.
• bi111 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.

Gaming Code of Conduct

• All games on bi111 are operated by third-party software providers. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to determine game outcomes.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bi111 will attempt to refund the bet for that round.
• In the event of a dispute over winnings, the game provider's log records will be considered the final proof.
• Members place bets at their own discretion — bi111 never provides betting advice or guarantees.
• For sports betting, once a bet is accepted it cannot be changed, unless a "Cash Out" option is clearly displayed on the platform.

Betting Limits & Currency

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
• bi111 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bi111 platform:

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of another member's account
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform and taking unfair advantage without reporting them
• Claiming bonuses or promotions using multiple accounts
• Committing chargeback fraud or initiating payment disputes
• Facilitating access to the platform by minors

Data Collection & Use

• bi111 collects members' personal information solely for the purposes of operating the service, verifying identity, and ensuring security.
• Members' information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be disclosed under legal obligations or at the request of authorities.
• All sensitive information is protected by SSL encryption.
• Members may request changes to or deletion of their personal information, which will be considered within the applicable legal framework.

Cookies & Tracking

• Members may disable cookies through their browser settings, though this may limit certain platform features.

bi111's Liability Limits

• bi111 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or third-party service failures.
• If an incorrect calculation occurs due to a technical error in the game provider's software, the corrected result will apply.
• bi111 is not liable for financial losses arising from a member's own gaming decisions.
• bi111's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the member's most recent deposit under any circumstances.
• bi111 is not liable if the service is unavailable due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).

Member Responsibilities

• Members must ensure for themselves that participating in online gaming is legal in their area.
• Any taxes related to gaming are the member's own responsibility.
• The member is responsible for all activities on their account.

Account Suspension by bi111

bi111 may suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion of a violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions
• If identity verification has not been completed
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected
• If an investigation is required for security reasons

Account Closure by Member

• A member may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected].
• It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before closing the account.
• After the account is closed, all unused bonuses will be forfeited.
• As part of responsible gaming, members may also request self-exclusion.

Process for Changes

• bi111 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the site.
• If a member continues to use the platform after updated Terms & Conditions have been published, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
• If a member does not wish to accept the updated Terms & Conditions, they must stop using the platform.
